All custom-coloured wigs, bundles, and hair extensions are made specifically for you based on your selected colour, tone, and customization preferences.

Because each order is personalized, all custom orders are considered final sale.
 

Processing Time

Custom orders require time to colour, tone, treat, style, and prepare before shipping or pickup.

Estimated processing times will be provided at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your order.
 

Colour Expectations

We work carefully to achieve your desired look; however, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.

Final results may vary based on factors such as:

• Screen and device settings

• Reference photos provided

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-coloured wigs and hair extensions, all custom orders are final sale. Once work has begun, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, as each piece is made specifically to your requested colour and customization.
