Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment has been successfully booked.

Please ensure all contact information is accurate so we can contact you if needed.
 

Hairstylist Apprentice Disclosure

I am currently a hairstylist apprentice completing my training under the supervision of a licensed hairstylist at Azure Beauty Studio. My pricing reflects my apprentice level while I continue building my experience and education.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may transfer the deposit to one future appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment before booking future appointments.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.

Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the schedule for the day.

Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service cost if the appointment cannot be completed.

Consultation

Some colour corrections, extension services, custom wigs, and specialty services may require a consultation before booking.

This helps ensure enough time is reserved and accurate pricing is provided.

Service Pricing

Prices listed on the website are starting prices and may vary depending on:

• Hair length

• Hair density

• Time required

• Product usage

• Service complexity

You will always be informed of any additional costs before the service begins.

Hair Preparation

Unless otherwise stated, please arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair.

If additional preparation is required, an additional fee may apply.

Guests

To help create a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that only clients receiving a service attend the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Health & Safety

Please let us know before your appointment if you have:

• Allergies or sensitivities

• A scalp condition

• Recent chemical treatments

• Medical concerns that may affect your service

Your safety is our priority, and in some cases we may recommend modifying or postponing a service.

Photography

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken to showcase our work.

Your permission will always be requested before any images or videos are shared on social media or used for marketing.
